Project Description

The project involves the construction of a two-story residential building with a basement, three private swimming pools, and fencing in Afytos, Chalkidiki, featuring a structural frame of reinforced concrete, thermal insulation masonry, and flat roofs. Provision is made for the installation of solar panels for domestic hot water production, energy-efficient frames with double or triple glazing, glass railings on the balconies, and shading pergolas in the pool and parking areas. The swimming pools are constructed with modern cleaning systems and LED lighting, while sustainable materials are used and stormwater management systems are implemented, in harmony with the natural environment of the area.
