Project Description

The project involved the full refurbishment of the new Engel & Völkers offices, delivering the renovation of a real estate office space with consistency and promptness, in line with the company’s high standards and requirements.
The scope of works included demolition and removal works, dry construction systems for the creation of modern, open-plan office spaces that communicate and are enhanced through glass sound-insulating partitions. New flooring was installed using vinyl flooring and carpet, while corporate signage and logos were placed throughout the space. Custom-made furniture with wooden and marble surfaces was manufactured and installed, glass window frames were replaced, and the electrical and plumbing installations were upgraded. The air conditioning and ventilation systems were also fully renovated.
