Project Description

GSCON Construction Partners undertook the construction of a modern Bar–Restaurant in the traditional settlement of Litochoro, providing spaces such as a bar, coffee point, restaurant area, lounge, kitchen–preparation area, and restrooms. The interior combines ceiling and wall claddings of warm wood, an arched shelving composition with metal and wooden elements highlighted by pendant lighting and LED illumination. Dominating the central scene is a long marble bar counter clad in natural stone, which is repeated in the wall finishes, while furniture featuring blue fabric upholstery and wooden frames harmoniously balances the materials used throughout the space. Large openings with folding glass partitions enhance the connection with the natural surroundings, while solid wood flooring, marble surfaces, and natural stone create a warm, contemporary, and organic atmosphere within the landscape of Mount Olympus.

Overall, Xenios Dias is a thoughtfully designed environment that combines functionality, refined aesthetics, and warmth. It is a space capable of offering an experience beyond consumption—an experience of comfort and hospitality—immersing visitors in a setting with a distinct and memorable identity.
